Shipping Policy

Orders over $150 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly.

Orders placed before 2 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.

We offer two shipping options: 3 – 7 Business Day shipping as well as Express 1 – 5 Business Day shipping.

Delivery times are based on the distance from our warehouse.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.

Sorry, we do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays or damages of your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control.

Dimensions by Teresa G is not responsible for any fees associated with your international shipment upon arrival.

**WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES**

If a PO Box is entered as shipping address, you will be contacted via email or phone for your physical address.

Return Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 14 days after purchase (14 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 14 days will be sent back to the customer.

Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.

Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us!

We do not refund shipping charges.

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final. We are a hair extension company and do not have large margins that might factor this into their retail pricing.

CLEARANCE PRODUCTS

All clearance products including special listings are FINAL SALE and CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
